Lake Acworth Family Practice (LAFPRA) is a full-service family medicine practice. As a proud community medical practice LAFPRA continues to provide compassionate care to those with or without insurance. LAFPRA services include office visits and exams, laboratory testing, food, and environmental allergy testing and general medical treatment.

Our staff of board-certified family medicine physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners are experts in the specialty field of preventive medicine. OUR STORY
Dr. Naomi Kanyari Muhia founded the Lake Acworth Family Practice in 2015. Hundreds of patient’s trust Dr. Naomi as a provider. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Board. Dr. Naomi earned her doctorate degree from the University of Alabama in 2008.
